CHRHTC

 SUBROUTINE  CHRHTC (TEXT,HOLLER,LOC,LENGTH)
 (Packed Hollerith to CHARACTER)

 Move LENGTH  characters  from  a packed  Hollerith  string,  HOLLER(*),
 beginning at character  offset LOC (1,  2, 3, ...)   in HOLLER(*) to  a
 CHARACTER string, TEXT(*).  If either LENGTH  or LOC is less than  one,
 return occurs immediately with no string movement.
