 CHARACTER FUNCTION  CHRUC (C)
 (Upper-case)

 Return the upper-case equivalent of  the single character C.  Only  the
 letters "a"  - "z"  will be  affected by  this function.   If the  host
 computer does not support upper-case letters, then CHRLC must return  C
 as its value.
