PRSDEL

       SUBROUTINE  PRSDEL
 C$    (Parse Internal - Delete Last Character)
 C$    Delete from  the  input  buffer the  input  character  just
 C$    returned by PRSGET  or PRSGTH, and  back the input  pointer
 C$    one position so that it  marks the preceding character,  as
 C$    if the deleted character had never existed.
