PROMPT

 Control the echoing of input  prompts.  The  keywords ON and OFF may be
 used to  explicitly  set  the  prompt  flag.  If   neither keyword   is
 specified, the current prompt  flag is toggled (reversed).  By default,
 the  prompt flag is ON, which  is appropriate  for interactive use, but
 for batch use, you may wish to specify PROMPT OFF.
