Main wrapper file to generate paths
Uses previously calculated covariance matrix. Includes a diary of the command window output.
Steps:
- Initialize particle's position
- Load sim with appropriate output directory
- Read the Cholesky matrix
- For each path, generate the increment and generate the path.
WARNING: Do not erase folders SimManagerOutput, SimManagerLong, SimManagerRadius, SimManagerAlpha
