The final exam will be on Monday, December 14th, 8-10AM in LCB 323.
It will be 2 hours long and consist of five
problems. Three will be taken
directly from the real analysis part of the last five qualifying exams
in analysis; two will be taken directly from the problem sets assigned
in class. Old qualifying exams are
available here.
Since the last five exams cover slightly more material than we
covered the following problems will not appear on the final
examination: Fall 2007, #3; Spring 2009, #3; Fall 2008, #4; Spring
2009, #5; Fall 2009, #2.
