Hi, I'm Connor!
I am a third-year mathematics Ph.D. candidate and NSF Graduate Research Fellow at the University of Utah. I am advised by Fred Adler.
My area of research is mathematical biology. I use stochastic models to connect population genetics to new applications in cell and developmental biology. I am currently collaborating with Jamie Gagnon to model stem cell dynamics in the zebrafish testis. By fitting and comparing my models to experimental lineage tracing data, I seek to better understand the genetic drivers of tissue deterioration in the face of aging.
Upcoming Events
- April 15-18, 2026: North America Testis Workshop in Scottsdale, AZ. I will be presenting a poster.
- July 13-17, 2026: European Conference on Mathematical and Theoretical Biology in Graz, Austria.
