Graduate Applications Now Open
Applications to our graduate program are now open. The department currently offers three graduate degrees:
- PhD in Mathematics
- Masters in Mathematics
- Masters in Statistics
All applicants to the PhD program are considered for teaching assistantships. We are unable to offer guaranteed assistantships to Masters students, although in some semesters teaching opportunities may become available to Masters students at the last minute. Masters degrees can be started in the fall or spring semesters, and potentially in the summer semester under certain circumstances. The PhD program can only be started in the Fall semester. Application deadlines are:
- PhD: Fall semester - Jan 1
- Masters degrees: Spring semester - Nov 1 of preceding year, Summer semester - Mar 15, Fall semester - April 1
